You might be able to join if you are an adult over 18, have a history of kidney stones (nephrolithiasis), and have low citrate levels in your urine (hypocitraturia). The main goal is to see how much your 24-hour urinary citrate excretion changes after 14 days of treatment with either sodium bicarbonate or potassium citrate.
