This study is looking at how an exercise program affects blood fats (lipids) and blood vessel function in young people aged 10 to 20 who have obesity. Participants will be part of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Healthworks! structured weight loss program. Researchers want to see if increasing physical activity, measured with a Garmin Vivosmart Fitness watch, can change triglyceride levels (a type of fat in the blood) and improve how well blood vessels work. You'll wear a fitness tracker, have blood flow tests, and your vegetable intake will be assessed. The study will track changes over six months. This study is for those already planning to join the Healthworks! program and can speak English or Spanish.

This is a single-arm study, meaning all 110 participants will receive the same exercise program intervention. It is not specified if the study is blinded.
