Study of Chronic Cardiovascular Conditions

This study is looking at how chronic (long-lasting) heart and blood vessel conditions, like heart failure, aortic stenosis (a heart valve problem), and high blood pressure, naturally progress over time. Researchers will collect information about your body's functions to better understand these conditions. There are no specific treatments or interventions being tested in this study. To join, you must be at least 18 years old, able to understand study information and give consent, and have a diagnosis of a qualifying cardiovascular disease. The study aims to understand how your health status changes over 90-day cycles. The current recruitment status is unclear.

Study design
This is an observational study, meaning researchers will watch and collect information without giving any specific treatments. It plans to include about 5000 participants.
What's involved
