This study aims to better understand how the brains of people with cerebral palsy (CP) change over time. While CP is defined as a non-progressive brain injury from early childhood, many adults with CP experience a decline in their abilities. Researchers want to see if these changes are linked to brain and spinal cord shrinkage (atrophy) that could suggest neurodegeneration. They will do this by looking at existing brain and spinal cord MRI scans from adults with CP across the United States. You might be able to participate if you are between 18 and 80 years old, have a diagnosis of CP, and have had at least two brain or spinal cord MRI scans at least two years apart, with one scan after age 18. The main goal is to measure changes in total brain volume over time.
