WellSpan-THRIVE Cancer Quality of Life Study

This observational study aims to better understand the quality of life (QOL) for people living with cancer. Cancer and its treatments can cause side effects like fatigue and pain, impacting daily life. Researchers want to create a survey that truly reflects patients' experiences. You could participate if you are 18 or older, have a new cancer diagnosis (within the last 6 months), and have any type of cancer except non-melanoma skin, neurological (brain or brain metastases), or blood cancers. The study will look at how quality of life differs based on your race, ethnicity, or gender over a two-year period. Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

Age 18 years and above
Primary cancer diagnosis (newly diagnosed within the past 6 months)
Able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion

Patients with age\<18 years,
Patients with primary non-melanoma skin, neurological malignancies (Brain or brain metastases), and primary hematological malignancies.
Patients with severe cognitive impairment, unable to sign informed consent or unable to complete quality of life questionnaire.
Patients with life expectancy of \<90 days, in the opinion of treating investigator.
