Specifically, they will measure the levels of MK-2828 in your body when taken with itraconazole, and the levels of midazolam in your body when taken with MK-2828. This helps them learn if taking these medications together changes how much of each drug is in your system. You must be in good health to participate, and certain medical conditions like a history of cancer or significant organ problems would prevent you from joining.
