Understanding How MK-2828 Interacts with Other Medications

This study is for healthy adults aged 24 to 60 years old. Researchers want to understand how the drug MK-2828 interacts with other common medications, itraconazole and midazolam. Specifically, they will measure the levels of MK-2828 in your body when taken with itraconazole, and the levels of midazolam in your body when taken with MK-2828. This helps them learn if taking these medications together changes how much of each drug is in your system. You must be in good health to participate, and certain medical conditions like a history of cancer or significant organ problems would prevent you from joining. The study plans to enroll 28 participants.

History of clinically significant endocrine, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hematological, hepatic, immunological, renal, respiratory, genitourinary, or major neurological (including stroke and chronic seizures) abnormalities or diseases
