Kimchi and Gut Health Study
This study is looking at how eating kimchi affects the gut health of healthy adults in the USA. Researchers want to see if eating 60 grams of Kimchi fermented cabbage daily for three weeks changes the types of bacteria in your gut, specifically lactic acid bacteria. They will compare this to people who eat 60 grams of Non-fermented cabbage daily. You might be able to join if you are between 19 and 70 years old, have a BMI between 25-30 kg/m2, and don't eat kimchi often. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status, but plans to enroll 60 participants.
