This study is looking at how a special online program, called "Culturally adapted Online Genetic Counseling and Testing Information," can help African American cancer survivors learn more about genetic testing. The goal is to see if this program encourages more people to get genetic counseling and testing for inherited cancers. You might be able to join if you are an African American woman or man, aged 20 to 79, who has had breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer since 2013, are receiving care at Karmanos Cancer Institute, and meet certain guidelines for genetic testing. The study will measure if more people get genetic counseling and testing after using the program, with results checked after three months. The current status of the study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 85 participants.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

Participants enrolled in Detroit Research on Cancer Survivors (Detroit ROCS)
Diagnosis of Primary Breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer on or after 1/1/2013
have received or currently receiving care at Karmanos Cancer Institute
meet one or more of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines for cancer genetic testing as described below

Exclusion

Previous genetic counseling and/or testing
