Water Intake and Food Intake Study

This study is looking at how drinking water with your meal affects how much food you eat. Researchers want to see if having water (Water) or no water (No water) with your meal changes your food intake, especially when you're eating foods that are either low in moisture (Low Moisture) or high in moisture (High moisture). They will also look at how other personal factors might play a role. You might be able to join if you are between 20 and 60 years old, eat three meals a day, and have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 20 and 29. The study will measure changes in your food intake and energy intake over four weeks. The current recruitment status is unclear, but the study plans to enroll 60 participants.
