Professional Readiness Through Emotional Preparedness (PREP) for Burnout
This study is looking at a program called Professional Readiness through Emotional Preparedness (PREP) to help with burnout. The PREP program is a 5-month series of educational workshops designed to improve your psychological and occupational (work) well-being and readiness for work. It focuses on skills like mindfulness and self-care. We are looking for nurse residents employed by AdventHealth who work in acute care/hospital settings, can speak and understand English, and are willing to follow study procedures. The main way we'll measure success is by looking at your psychological capital (PsyCap Questionnaire-24) at different times over 11 months. The current status of this study is unclear, and we plan to enroll 212 participants.
