Digital Lifestyle Coaching for GLP-1 Users
This study is looking at how well the Noom digital lifestyle program works for adults who have recently started taking GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 receptor agonist) medications. These medications are often used for weight loss and blood sugar control. The study wants to see if Noom can help people improve their eating habits and physical activity while they are on GLP-1s. You can join if you are 18 or older, have a BMI of 27 or higher, started a GLP-1 medication within the last 6 months, and plan to continue using it. The study will measure your diet quality using the Healthy Eating Index at the start, after 4 months, and again after 8 months. The current recruitment status is unclear, but 220 people are planned to enroll.
