This study aims to understand how the supraspinatus tendon (a shoulder tendon) changes right after two different exercise programs. We are looking for healthy adults and those with shoulder pain, aged 18 to 45. You will participate in both an isotonic exercise program and a plyometric exercise program, separated by up to 15 days. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure your shoulder tendon thickness before and at 1 hour, 6 hours, and 24 hours after each exercise. They will also ask about your pain. The goal is to compare how the tendon changes after each exercise and between people with and without shoulder pain.
