Beverage Hydration Index of Different Solutions

This study is looking at how well different drinks help you stay hydrated. Researchers are comparing two hydration solutions: Hydramin (which has electrolytes and amino acids) and another solution with electrolytes and carbohydrates (dextrose). Both are dissolved in 1 liter of Smart Water. They will also compare these to just drinking 1 liter of Smart Water alone. The goal is to see if adding amino acids improves hydration more than just water, and how it compares to the carbohydrate solution. This study is for adults aged 18 and older who are generally healthy and not athletes. The study is currently unclear on its status and plans to enroll 30 participants.

Study design
This is an interventional study, meaning participants will receive specific treatments. It plans to enroll 30 participants.
What's involved
Not specified in the trial record.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Your hydration will be measured at 0, 60, and 120 minutes after drinking the beverage.
