Steady Together Fall Prevention Program for Parkinson's Disease

This study is testing the "Steady Together at home fall prevention program" for people with Parkinson's disease (a brain disorder that causes unintended or uncontrollable movements). The program aims to help you live safely and independently in your home by preventing falls. Researchers will work with you and your care partner to identify fall risks in your home and suggest ways to make it safer. They will measure your personal safety and how accessible your home is, along with how often you fall, to see if the program is effective. You can join if you are 18 or older, have Parkinson's disease, are a member of InMotion, and have completed the MoCA test. The current status of this study is unclear.
