PET Imaging Study Using Evuzamitide for Cardiac Amyloidosis

This study is looking at whether a special imaging scan, called a PET-CT, using a substance called Evuzamitide, can help doctors diagnose a heart condition called transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CA). This is for patients who have had unclear results from standard heart scans but have high levels of a blood marker called TAD1. The main goal is to see if Evuzamitide PET-CT imaging can show signs of ATTR-CA in these patients. If you qualify, you would receive a single injection of Evuzamitide and then have a PET-CT scan. Researchers will then follow up with you for about 28 days to check on your safety and gather more information. The study aims to enroll up to 25 participants.

Study design
This is an observational study involving up to 25 participants. It is designed to evaluate the ability of 124I-evuzamitide PET-CT imaging to resolve the diagnosis of ATTR-CA.
