This research study is looking at how a special imaging drug called 64Cu-DOTA-ECL1i can help doctors see inflammation in abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). An AAA is a weakening and bulging in the main artery that carries blood from your heart to your body. The drug is used with an imaging test called a PET/CT scan. Researchers want to see if 64Cu-DOTA-ECL1i can create clear images of this inflammation, which might help us understand how aneurysms grow. They will also check how consistent these scans are over time. You can join if you are at least 18 years old and have an AAA, or if you are a similar age and do not have an AAA (to serve as a comparison). The study aims to measure how much of the 64Cu-DOTA-ECL1i drug is taken up by the aorta, with measurements taken at 3 months.
