MyCap Mobile Application for Tracking Treatment Burden in Pancreatic Cancer

This study is testing a mobile app called MyCap to see if it can help patients with pancreatic cancer track the time they spend on their treatment. Pancreatic cancer often requires many appointments with different doctors, which can take up a lot of your time. This study calls this "time toxicity." Researchers want to understand how much time patients spend on things like doctor visits, lab tests, and travel, and if the MyCap app is a good way to measure this. You may be able to join if you are an adult (18 or older) with pancreatic adenocarcinoma, speak English, and have a smartphone. The study aims to see how well people use the app and if they find it helpful.

Study design
This study plans to enroll 30 participants and is testing the MyCap mobile application. It is not specified if this is a randomized or blinded study.
What's involved
If you join, you will download the MyCap app and fill out a daily time log in the app for 8 weeks.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
