Inclusion
Adults aged 18 years or older
Identified as high risk for no-show by the study predictive model
Scheduled to undergo a urologic procedure at UCSF/UCSF affiliated sites
Exclusion
Younger than 18 years of age
Not scheduled for a urologic procedure
