Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

they are an adult (over 18)
physician (MD or DO), licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD), advanced practice provider (ARNP or PA), nurse (RN or LPN), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or other licensed clinician
provide specialized cancer care to women diagnosed with breast cancer in Florida
can provide informed consent
are self-reporting that they licensed clinicians
are self-reporting that they are physically able to participate in a 60-minute group discussion.

Exclusion

This study will NOT include persons under the age of 18, prisoners, and persons unable to speak English fluently, and persons unable to provide informed consent. We are not able to accommodate non-English speakers as this is a pilot study involving group discussion.
  • Clinician Based Focus Group to assess Emotional and Psychosocial Experiences of Women Diagnosed with Breast Cancer6 months

    This focus group study serves as the qualitative foundation for understanding the emotional and psychosocial experiences of women diagnosed with breast cancer from their clinicians' viewpoints. Insights from this exploratory work will guide future quantitative validation and the design of digital psychosocial interventions, such as AI-driven conversational tools, to provide empathetic and contextually relevant emotional support
