This study will compare the effects of two breakfasts: corn flakes with milk and fresh mango, versus corn flakes with milk and table sugar. They will measure specific markers in your blood, like LPS, LPS Binding Protein, and IL-6, to see if the mango breakfast leads to lower levels of inflammation and better gut health. You can join if you are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old with a BMI between 18.5 and 35.0 kg/m2. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
