Comparing Cervical Mobilization Techniques for Neck Movement

This study is comparing two different physical therapy techniques, Cervical Downslip Mobilization and Seated Cervical Extension Glide, to see which one is more effective at improving neck rotation and is more comfortable for patients. Researchers want to understand if one method helps people move their neck better right after the treatment. You might be able to join if you are a healthy individual between 18 and 45 years old and do not have current or past neck pain, neck surgery, or certain other health conditions. The main goal is to measure how much your neck can rotate immediately after receiving one of these treatments. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 128 participants.

Study design
This is an interventional study where participants are randomly assigned to receive one of two cervical mobilization techniques. It plans to enroll 128 healthy individuals.
What's involved
You would receive one of two neck mobilization techniques, with measurements of your neck rotation taken before and immediately after. You would also rate your comfort with the technique.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Your neck range of motion is measured immediately following the mobilization.
