Study of BHV-1300 for Graves' Disease

This study is looking at a drug called BHV-1300 to see if it is safe and effective for adults with Graves' disease. Graves' disease is an autoimmune condition that causes an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism). You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 70 years old, have Graves' disease confirmed by blood tests, and are currently experiencing hyperthyroidism. You cannot join if your hyperthyroidism is caused by something other than Graves' disease. Participants will receive either BHV-1300 or a placebo (an inactive substance), both given by injection under the skin. The main goal is to see how many people taking BHV-1300, compared to placebo, have normal thyroid function and are no longer taking other thyroid medications after 26 weeks. The current status of this study is unclear, but it plans to enroll 300 participants.
