AYA-ONE: Exercise for Adolescent and Young Adult Sarcoma Survivors
This study, called AYA-ONE, is for adolescents and young adults (ages 15-39) who have been diagnosed with bone or soft tissue sarcoma. It aims to improve physical function and encourage exercise. The study will test a system to help match sarcoma survivors to the right exercise and rehabilitation services. You would first complete a tool called EXCEEDS to assess your physical function. If eligible, you would then receive a 12-week personalized exercise program, which might be supervised or unsupervised. The study will look at how well this system works and how your physical function and quality of life change. About 40 people are expected to join the first part of this study, and about 20 will complete the full program. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

- Compensation
- Not stated in the trial record.
- Follow-up
- The study measures how quickly the triage tool is completed (at 2 weeks) and how quickly referrals are completed (within 2 months of EXCEEDS completion).
