kTMP for Chronic Stroke

This study is testing a new, non-invasive brain stimulation device called kilohertz Transcranial Magnetic Perturbation (kTMP) for people who have had a stroke. The goal is to see if kTMP can help improve arm and hand movement (motor function) in people who have ongoing difficulties after a stroke. Researchers want to compare two different settings of kTMP (low-frequency vs. beta-frequency) to see which might be more effective. Success will be measured by how well you can reach and grasp objects after 3 weeks. You might be able to join if you are 18-80 years old, had a stroke at least 12 months ago, and have certain levels of arm movement and ability to follow instructions. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 7 participants.
