Sustained Release Oral Formulation for Parkinson's Disease
This study is testing a new way to deliver medications for Parkinson's disease, called LD/CD (levodopa/carbidopa), using special sachets placed in your mouth. We want to see how your body absorbs these medications from three different formulations (Formulation A, B, and C). This study is looking for 32 healthy volunteers, aged 18 to 65, who don't take regular medications. The main goal is to measure the levels of CD and LD in your blood at 15 and 30 minutes after you take the medication. The current recruitment status is unclear.
