Study of TIL Therapy and Combination Therapy for Ovarian Cancer

This study is for women aged 18 to 80 with recurrent ovarian cancer. It explores a treatment that uses your own immune cells, called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). First, a piece of your tumor will be removed to grow and prepare these special TIL cells. Then, you will receive chemotherapy (Fludarabine and Cyclophosphamide) to prepare your body for the TIL infusion. After the TIL infusion, you will receive high-dose IL-2 to help the cells grow. Once you recover, you will start a combination of oral cyclophosphamide, bevacizumab, and pembrolizumab. The study aims to see how safe this treatment is and if the TIL cells can be successfully made. There are 20 participants planned for this study, and its current status is unclear.
