CHS is a condition causing severe nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain in people who use cannabis. If you are diagnosed with CHS in the emergency department and are safe to go home, you might receive a prescription for haloperidol to use as needed. The main goal is to see if having this medication at home prevents you from needing to come back to the emergency department for your symptoms. We are looking for about 100 participants aged 18 and older who meet specific diagnostic criteria for CHS.
