Aromatherapy and Music for Nurses' Stress

This study is looking at whether using lavender-chamomile aromatherapy oil and listening to music can help reduce stress in nurses. If you are a nurse working in the CCU at NM AMC and provide direct patient care, you might be able to join. Participants will use the aromatherapy oil and listen to music during a 20-minute break once per shift for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure your stress levels using a questionnaire (Beck Anxiety Inventory) before and after this 10-week period to see if your stress has decreased. This study aims to find new ways to support nurses who often experience high levels of stress and anxiety at work.
