Researchers will compare pain levels, anxiety levels, and opioid use in patients who learn and perform these breathing exercises to a group of past patients who did not. You may be able to join if you are between 50 and 90 years old, are having a total knee replacement, and will have a continuous peripheral nerve block catheter (a type of pain relief).
