You might learn skills like "Checking the Facts" (looking at evidence for your thoughts), "Opposite to Emotion Action" (doing the opposite of what your emotions tell you), or "Mindfulness of Current Emotions" (observing your feelings without judgment). The goal is to see if personalized training in these skills works better than standard training to reduce daily negative emotions. We are looking for 390 participants who are at least 18 years old and have difficulty regulating their emotions.
