This study is looking for adults aged 18-50 who experience anxiety or depression and have difficulty with social connections. Researchers want to see if a medication called pramipexole can help improve social connectedness. Pramipexole is already approved for other conditions like Parkinson's disease. You might be eligible if you have elevated anxiety or depression, moderate social disability, and lower-than-average reward sensitivity. The study will compare pramipexole to a placebo (an inactive pill) over 6 weeks. Success will be measured by looking at brain activity during social reward anticipation, as well as behavior and self-reported feelings.
