Web-Based Apps for Latina Mental Health

This study is comparing two web-based apps to see which one is better at helping Latina women start mental health treatment. One app, called Catalina, uses story-based videos and a character's blog with mental health (MH) resources and local clinic recommendations. The other app is a control webpage with informational videos about depression and anxiety, and links to MH resources and clinics. You might be able to join if you are a Latina woman, 18 or older, live in LA or Orange County, speak English or Spanish, and have at least moderate anxiety or depression but are not currently in therapy. The study aims to see how many participants start mental health treatment within 9 months. The current recruitment status is unclear.
