Digital Therapy for Depression and Anxiety in Latino Patients

This study is looking at a Spanish-language digital cognitive-behavioral therapy (dCBT) called SilverCloud for Latino patients with depression or anxiety. Researchers want to see how well it works in the community. You might receive SilverCloud with support from a coach, or you might use it on your own without a coach. The study will measure changes in your depression and anxiety symptoms after 8 weeks. To join, you need to be at least 18 years old, have internet access, and prefer medical care in Spanish. You also shouldn't be in other psychotherapy at the same time. The study aims to enroll 213 participants, but its current status is unclear.

Study design
This is an interventional study with 213 participants, comparing two ways of using SilverCloud: with or without support. It is a one-armed trial, meaning all participants receive one of the interventions.
What's involved
You will use the SilverCloud platform for 8 weeks. If you are in the supported group, you will have regular interactions with a supporter.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Your depression and anxiety will be measured at 8 weeks.
