Behavioral Health Collaborative Care for ICU Family Members

This pilot study is looking at a program called the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Model (BH CoCM) for family members of people who have been in the intensive care unit (ICU). The goal is to see if this program is practical and helpful for addressing behavioral health concerns like anxiety, depression, and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). If you join, you would be a family member of an ICU Recovery Clinic patient. The program uses telehealth (care given remotely, often by phone or video) for assessments and provides access to a platform called NeuroFlow. Researchers will measure how many people agree to join and how many complete the study. This study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
